Abstract:

This contribution discusses Léon Arendt's handwritten course "Le droit des gens" (175 pages), kept at the Belgian State Archives. A first section discusses the context (the Belgian diplomatic elite and its legal training). Next, the second section treats the introduction to the course and his treatment of neutrality.
